Symposium cancellation policy:
Requests for cancellations received in writing before November 25th, 2013 will be refunded in full. Written requests should be submitted to Winifred King at winifred.king@einstein.yu.edu. No cancellations will be accepted over the phone, and no refunds will be given for “no shows.” Requests for cancellation submitted after November 25th, 2013, will not be refunded. Substitutions may be submitted in writing until Monday, December 2, 2013.
Please remember, due to venue restrictions, we cannot accept walk-in registrations.
